Martin spent over 20 years with Schlumberger across global assignments, gaining deep technical expertise in wireline logging. As Wireline Cables and Conveyance Product Champion, he focused on traditional conveyance challenges and advanced innovative solutions. Now Petromac’s General Manager, he also serves as the company’s Technical Champion, leading the design of tools and modeling strategies.

Rajesh has over two decades of experience in the wireline industry, having started his career with Schlumberger in 2003. He worked across India, West Africa, Norway, Western Europe, and the Middle East in technical and management roles across operations, sales, and quality. Since joining Petromac in 2017, he has been instrumental in expanding its footprint across the Middle East. With a customer-first mindset and passion for long-term partnerships, Rajesh continues to play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for customers around the world.

Rolando brings over 14 years of wireline experience with Schlumberger, having started as a Field Engineer working across South America on both open and cased hole operations. He later managed deepwater projects in Trinidad and Tobago as a Field Service Manager and served as an instructor at Schlumberger’s Middle East Training Centre, delivering courses for both new hires and operator clients. Known for his focus on service quality and process optimization, Rolando now drives operational excellence at Petromac as Operations Manager.

Craig brings a rare combination of engineering and legal expertise to Petromac. He has 10 years of experience in the steel and subsea oil industries, followed by more than 12 years as a registered patent attorney with New Zealand’s top IP law firms. He now manages Petromac’s global patent portfolio and legal matters, helping the company safeguard and grow its intellectual property.

With nearly four decades of hands-on experience in Australia and New Zealand, Bruce was Schlumberger’s go-to wireline expert in the region. Known for his sharp eye and uncompromising standards, he now plays a critical role at Petromac, supporting the most demanding deployments with deep operational knowledge.

With more than 20 years of engineering experience, Mike joined Petromac in 2021 and quickly became a cornerstone of our operations. Originally supporting equipment build and maintenance, his drive to improve reliability and process efficiency led to his promotion as Head of Maintenance. Mike now leads the team, provides field training, and ensures Petromac’s systems continue to deliver consistent, high-quality performance.
